A lot of tourists are cancelling their trips to countries like Zimbabwe, Botswana, South Africa and Kenya due to the fear of contracting Ebola. However, the killer virus is not in those countries or many other African countries for that matter. There is misinformation and ignorance about the occurrence of Ebola on the continent.
There is no justification whatsoever for the Ebola scare that makes all things African to be synoymous with the dreaded disease is really unfortunate.
